What does "pre-owned" mean at DOTEDGE?
Every iPhone we sell has had a previous owner. Before it is listed we check it, grade its cosmetic condition A, B or C, and state its measured battery health — so each listing tells you exactly what you are getting. See our grading standard.
What warranty do I get?
12 months on every pre-owned device, covering functional faults that are not caused by damage, liquid or third-party repair. Read exactly what is and is not covered.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery, in the condition it arrived and with everything it came with. How returns and refunds work.
How much is my iPhone worth?
It depends on the model, storage, cosmetic condition, battery health and whether everything works. The calculator turns your answers into an estimate in about a minute. The firm offer follows our inspection, and you are free to decline it.
Can I trade in my old iPhone to pay less?
Yes. Get an estimate and choose "Use as credit" — the amount comes off your order at checkout. We confirm the figure when we inspect your old device, before your new one ships.
